Accommodations/Rates
We will again be staying at the Indian Peaks Lodge, which is a newer building with a get-together room in the same lodge. Most of the rooms have either a small balcony (2nd floor) or a patio (lower level). The lodge is also within easy-walking distance to the cafeteria.
Each room will accommodate up to six adults. There are two queen-size beds and a sofa sleeper. The 2009 rates are:

*Children: Rates only apply to children 6-12 who are sharing a room with their parent. (This is a change from previous years when the age was 6-15.)
Rates Include
Rates include the entire stay for each person, including three meals per day. Sales tax and gratuity is NOT included in these rates.
Lower/Upper Level Rooms
There are two levels in the Indian Peaks Lodge. Please indicate which level you prefer to stay when reserving your room. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request, but your preference is not guaranteed.
- The lower level includes a walk out patio.
- The second level has two flights of stairs and have a balcony.
How to Reserve a Room
A 20% deposit will be due ________. However, we have until ______, for cancellations without penalty. After ______, cancellations will result in a penalty of $____ per room.

Cancellation
If you cannot stay the entire three days, pro-rate the total amount. If you are unable to attend the reunion after you have sent in your deposit, you will be refunded the full amount if cancelled prior to June 2, 2009. If you cancel after June 2, 2009, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 per room. However, in the event of an emergency, the YMCA will more than likely waive that fee.
Extend Your Stay
If you would like to stay longer than the three days of the reunion, contact the YMCA directly to make accommodations.
Meals
All meals are included in the price (American Plan). The first meal is Sunday evening and the last meal is Wednesday noon. If you plan activities which will take you away from the Center for the noon meal, the Center will prepare a box lunch for you if you advise them earlier.
Box Lunches
If you plan to go hiking or drive up to Trail Ridge Road and you're not sure if you'll be able to make it in time for lunch, order a box lunch. In the past, the box lunches are filled with great foods. Why not go on a hike and have a picnic along the way.
Tipping
There is no tipping at the lodge as a 10% gratuity will be added to the bill to be divided among the seasonal staff by the YMCA at the completion of their summer contract.
